About this class

In this session we are defying muscle memory created
from slow movements and long holds in our usual Power Flow classes – this is Yoga
with light weights, toning moves, high energy, loud music and dance grooves
between poses!

Students can expect to explore familiar Yoga poses with the
addition of light hand weights to challenge and sculpt the muscles. Short sequences
of movements are incorporated with high-reps and low-weights, requiring the
same alignment and awareness Yogi’s embody in a usual Power Flow class. Dance
grooves between poses are not essential but highly encouraged!
