ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Learn the essentials! Foundational and transformative alignment is crucial for a life long, sustainable Power Flow practice! We will deconstruct, refine, modify and amplify all the poses of Sun Salutation A ; Downward dog, Upward dog, High to Low Plank, Half way Lift, Forward Fold and Tadasana.
Through this exploration you will gain knowledge you can apply to ANY pose to find strength, flexibility and freedom!
We will also learn about ‘Drishti’ (yogic gaze), Ujjayi pranayama (breathing technique) and the Stira, Sukha concept that creates balance within your power flow practice.
Whether you are brand new to this style or a power flow veteran, this workshop is for YOU!
There will be plenty of chances to ask questions and have your poses assessed and looked at individually. We will finish with a flow sequence putting everything we have learned straight into practice!
