About this class
This workshop is designed to be a Men’s only class, to introduce the foundations of Pilates with an emphasis on technique and control, designed to complement the practice of yoga building on the strong elements core stability, strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Joseph Pilates created what was originally called ‘Contrology’ for men, to build a program of strength and conditioning, that encompassed whole-body breath, commitment, and health of the physical, mental and spirit.
Building our program from the fundamental foundations, expect a strong energy, the body in complete flow from start to finish, awakening muscles you may not have expected to feel!
This is not just for the Pilates novice, this class is designed to be challenging, through mindful movement and focusing on the fundamental routine and repertoire allowing an exploration of movement that allows for the confidence to further advance.
